We aim to deliver a dining experience that Preston has never seen before. Aven is an intimate 32-cover contemporary fine dining restaurant in Preston City Centre.
We design our menus around what’s available seasonally, cherry-picking the best of what our outstanding Lancashire suppliers grow. Our chefs are always on the hunt for foraged ingredients. Championing sustainable practice is important to us and by searching for herbs, fruits and roots in the wild it helps us to create fresh, flavourful dishes.
